Upcoming Immersion

What if you didn't have to heal alone?

Your body has been asking for this.

Maybe you don't know exactly what "this" is yet, but you feel it. The pull. The knowing that something needs to shift. That you can't think your way into healing anymore. That you need to drop in, into your body, into community, into something both safe and transformative.

That's SomaHerence.

A somatic immersion community for nervous system regulation, trauma-informed healing, and embodied practices, all held within community.

A place to breathe. To move. To be held. To remember what your body already knows.

This is not therapy. This is not a workshop. This is somatic immersion.

What Is SomaHerence?

SomaHerence is an ongoing somatic immersion community in Atlanta, Georgia rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship with ourselves, with each other, and with the intelligence of our bodies.

We exist to support you in finding safety in your body, reconnecting mind and body, and releasing stored tension patterns held in the physical and energetic body. We provide a trauma-informed container to move through somatically imprinted experiences and regulate the nervous system through embodied practices, relational work, and communal healing.

We exist because:

Many people need somatic healing and embodied experiences beyond talk therapy. The body holds the story, and coherence comes through safe, guided integration. Your nervous system needs more than information, it needs felt safety, co-regulation, and community. Healing is not a one-time event. It's a continuum of care.

All immersions are held within a trauma-informed, consent-based environment, co-facilitated by experienced somatic practitioners.

Why SomaHerence? Why Community?

Healing does not happen in isolation. Community is medicine.

Maybe you've been feeling disconnected from your body, living mostly in your head. Stuck in cycles of tension, anxiety, or nervous system dysregulation. Like you're carrying stored trauma you can't quite name or release. Drawn to somatic work but unsure where to start. Ready for something deeper than what talk therapy alone can offer.

Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do, protect you until you feel safe enough to let go.

SomaHerence offers a trauma-informed, supported space to gently shift those patterns, not through force, but through safety, presence, and community healing. Through somatic practices, we help you reconnect with your body's innate wisdom.

How SomaHerence Works

SomaHerence somatic immersions integrate individual table work with group-based somatic practices and nervous system regulation.

This space is co-facilitated by a collective of somatic practitioners, each bringing their unique gifts and modalities. Each participant receives personal support while also being held within the collective field.

What happens during an immersion:

We begin together with conscious connected breathwork, mindful movement and flow, partnered co-regulation exercises, and nervous system education woven throughout the day.

Then we move into hands-on table work. The table work includes various modalities such as Spinal Energetics, Somatic Chiropractic Care, Spinal Flow, Network Spinal, and others. The specific modalities will evolve with each immersion, keeping the experience dynamic and responsive to what the community needs.

While you receive individual sessions, the rest of the group remains in a circle. You're witnessed. Supported. Not alone. And when you're in the circle of the collective healing field? You're receiving too. Many participants report feeling shifts, releases, and integration simply by being present in the space.

We close with integration practices to help your nervous system metabolize the experience, closing circles to share and reflect, and aftercare guidance to support you in the days following.

What you might experience:

  • Increased stability and groundedness in the body

  • Greater adaptability and resilience in your nervous system

  • A sense of coherence, mind and body finally in conversation

  • More vitality, flexibility, and ease in movement and breath

  • Practical nervous system regulation tools you can use immediately

This is a fully supported, trauma-informed environment to meet, engage with, and transform energy in a way that feels grounded, safe, and integrated. You won't be asked to do anything you're not ready for. You won't be pushed beyond your window of tolerance. You get to move at the pace your body chooses.

Who Holds This Space?

SomaHerence is co-facilitated by a rotating collective of trauma-informed somatic practitioners, each bringing their unique gifts, training, and presence.

Modalities represented include, but are not limited to:

  • Spinal Energetics

  • Somatic Chiropractic Care

  • Spinal Flow

  • Network Spinal

  • Trauma-Informed Breathwork and Conscious Breathing Techniques

  • Mindful Movement and Embodiment Practices

The practitioner lineup will shift with each immersion, ensuring the work remains dynamic, responsive, and aligned with the evolving needs of the community.

What remains consistent across all immersions:

Trauma-informed care. Consent-based practices. Experienced, heart-centered facilitators. A commitment to safety, presence, and integrity.

Beyond the Immersion - Ongoing Community Support

SomaHerence is not a one-off event. It's a continuum of care.

After the somatic immersion, participants are invited into an optional private WhatsApp community for ongoing support:

  • Weekly nervous system regulation tips

  • Body awareness practices and trauma-informed education

  • Mind-body integration resources

  • Connection with somatic practitioners

  • A grounded, values-aligned space for collective healing

Participants receive practical nervous system tools and resources to support their own regulation and wellbeing, and extend that support to their families and communities.

Healing doesn't end when the immersion ends. We stay connected. We stay in it together.

Where SomaHerence Is Growing

Somatic immersions will evolve in depth, theme, and duration over time. Some may be half-day experiences. Some may be weekend-long. This is alive. It will grow with us.
