Trauma-Informed Breathwork

Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. If you're seeking a safe, powerful way to release trauma, process stuck emotions, and reconnect with your body, trauma-informed breathwork may be exactly what you need.

This is more than just breathing. It's a deeply intentional, somatic experience using a conscious connected breath pattern to access and release the stress, emotional pain, and energetic blockages that the body may still be holding.

As a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, I create a safe, supportive container for your healing journey. Together, we’ll use the breath to explore your inner world, support nervous system regulation, and call in the version of yourself you’re ready to embody.

This work is powerful, personal, and deeply healing. If you're ready to explore what your breath can reveal and release, I’m honored to guide you.

What Is Trauma-Informed Breathwork?

Trauma-Informed Breathwork is a guided, full-body experience that uses a rhythmic, circular breathing technique (known as conscious connected breath) to gently access the subconscious and the body's stored memories.

This practice is designed to:

  • Uncover and release stuck emotional energy

  • Process unresolved trauma in a safe and supported way

  • Regulate the nervous system

  • Restore emotional clarity, presence, and empowerment

You’ll be guided through this process with immersive music and trauma-aware facilitation. As you breathe, you may experience a variety of physical or emotional releases such as:

  • Crying

  • Shaking

  • Laughing

  • Moving or vocal expression

These responses are welcomed and encouraged—they're signs that energy is shifting, and the body is doing the work it has been waiting for.

The second half of the session transitions into a gentler breathing pattern, allowing you to integrate the experience, connect with your intuition, and align with your vision for how you want to feel and show up in the world.
