Jemelia Shotwell, founder of The Sacred Healing Well, is an Atlanta-based wellness facilitator with over a decade of experience offering mindfulness-based practices for individuals, groups, and organizations. She is known for her work with Gwinnett County Recreation Centers and has facilitated wellness experiences for teams across the U.S. and internationally.

Virtual Breathwork Sessions (30–45 minutes)
Live, guided breathwork sessions designed for remote, hybrid and in-office teams, delivered via Zoom.

Each 30-minute session offers gentle, intentional breath practices that reduce stress, enhance concentration, and restore emotional balance. All sessions are trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and desk-accessible. no experience required.

In-Person Sound Healing Sessions (30 or 60 minutes)
These onsite experiences combine guided meditation, relaxation techniques, and live sound therapy using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other meditative instruments. The calming sound frequencies are designed to promote rest, reduce tension, and create a peaceful environment for your team.
