About the Facilitator

Jemelia Shotwell, founder of The Sacred Healing Well, is a certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator with over a decade of experience leading mindfulness-based practices for individuals, groups, and organizations. She has facilitated wellness experiences across the U.S. and internationally, including work with Gwinnett County Recreation Centers.
